Putcon Oy, a company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire suppression systems, joins Kotera Group

Putcon Oy, a nationwide company focusing on turnkey fire suppression system deliveries and maintenance, and Kotera Group Oy have completed a business transaction under which Putcon Oy will become part of the Kotera Group. The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the transaction, which came into effect on October 14, 2025.

Following the acquisition, Putcon Oy will continue its operations as before under its current business ID, personnel, and brand. The transaction will not affect customer relationships or staff. The company’s CEO and founder, Miika Kortesalmi, will continue to lead the company and remain a shareholder through Kotera Group’s ownership structure.

As a result of the acquisition, Kotera Group’s pro forma revenue for 2024 will increase to approximately EUR 158 million, with EBITDA exceeding EUR 12 million. The Group’s fourteen operational subsidiaries collectively employ around 490 construction professionals across Finland.
