Concrete construction specialist NCS Concrete Oy joins Kotera Group NCS Concrete Oy (formerly Helsingin Laudoitus Oy), a company specializing in demanding concrete construction projects in Finland and Sweden, has completed a corporate transaction in which its owners and Kotera Group Oy have agreed on the integration of NCS Concrete Oy and its subsidiary, North Concrete Solutions AB, into the Kotera Group. The transaction entered into force on 31 October 2025.
Founded in 2007, NCS Concrete Oy employs around 55 people as well as 30–50 subcontractors. The transaction has no impact on the company’s personnel, customer relationships, or other partnerships. NCS Concrete Oy will continue its operations under its existing business ID and name. The sellers will continue in their current roles and as shareholders in the company through ownership in Kotera Group.
As a result of the acquisition, Kotera Group’s pro forma revenue for 2024 will increase to approximately EUR 167 million, with EBITDA exceeding EUR 13 million. The Group’s sixteen operational subsidiaries employ more than 550 construction professionals in total.

NCS Concrete Oy
NCS Concrete Oy, established in 2007, specializes in comprehensive contracting for demanding concrete structures. The company performs formwork, reinforcement, concreting, post-tensioning, and element installation works, as well as cast-in-place concrete structures for major construction companies across Finland and Sweden. Its operations are mainly focused in the Helsinki metropolitan area, the Pirkanmaa region, and Northern Sweden. Including subcontractors, the company employs approximately 90 professionals.
