RKM Group Oy has acquired the shares and business operations of Vastuuremontti Oy as of September 1st, 2025, making Vastuuremontti Oy a wholly owned subsidiary of RKM Group Oy. Vastuuremontti Oy will continue to operate with its existing management and personnel under its familiar Vastuuremontti brand and same business ID.
RKM Group Oy’s strategy is to create a nationwide service network. Through this acquisition, RKM Group is expanding its geographical footprint to Northern Finland, a region which has previously been outside of its operational area. As part of RKM Group, Vastuuremontti Oy will benefit from centralized support functions and gain a stronger foundation for growth and business development. The acquisition has no direct impact on ongoing projects, client relationships or partnerships of either RKM Group Oy or Vastuuremontti Oy.
