The Oulu-based KTC Group Oy, specializing in exceptionally demanding renovation projects, becomes part of the Kotera Group

The owners of the Oulu-based renovation construction company KTC Group Oy and Kotera Group Oy have executed a corporate restructuring in which KTC Group Oy becomes part of the Kotera Group. The transaction between the parties was completed on 21.2.2025. Following the transaction, KTC Group Oy will continue its operations as before, with its current business ID, staff, and brand. The transaction will not affect the company’s customer relationships or personnel. In addition, the sellers of KTC Group Oy will continue
in the company’s management and as owners through Kotera Group Oy’s shareholding.

With the corporate acquisition involving KTC Group Oy, Kotera Group’s pro forma revenue in 2024 increases to over 130 million euros. Across the group’s eight operational subsidiaries – Bark Oy, LVI Kurikka Oy, RKM Group Oy, TT-teknologia Oy, Ahosen Palvelut Oy, Pre One Oy, Kuratek Oy, and KTC Group Oy – approximately 400 people are employed in total.
