Kuratek Oy, Specialized in Contracting Concrete Floors, and Pre One Oy, Specialized in Welding and Processing Specialty Metals, Continue Their Growth as Part of the Kotera Group Conglomerate

Kuratek Oy, based in Järvenpää, specializing in comprehensive contracting of concrete floors, renovations, and design concrete floors, along with Pre One Oy from Oulu, focusing on specialty metals such as zirconium, titanium, nickel alloys, Hastelloy, duplex and super-duplex steels, and stainless steel welding and processing, have executed a corporate arrangement with Kotera Group. The agreement between the parties was signed for Pre One Oy on December 9, 2024, and for Kuratek Oy on December 18, 2024. Both companies will continue to operate as usual with their current business IDs, staff, and brands. The companies’ sellers will continue in management and ownership through Kotera Group’s shareholding.
With these business acquisitions and a previous share purchase of Ahosen Palvelut Oy, specialized in demolition contracting and recycling crushing in July, Kotera Group’s pro forma revenue will significantly exceed one hundred million euros. The conglomerate’s seven operational subsidiaries—Bark Oy, LVI Kurikka Oy, RKM Group Oy, TT-teknologia Oy, Ahosen Palvelut Oy, Pre One Oy, and Kuratek Oy—employ a total of about 320 people. The conglomerate’s combined pro forma revenue in 2023 was approximately 110 million euros with an EBITDA of about 11 million euros.
